LITTLE MARVIN

Ever since the day this graceful, 7-foot tall man walked in and commandeered my NYC office, garbed in full-on LA Hollywood mogul style with loose, rolled up mid-shin, frayed army cargo pants and waving a copy of Esquire magazine with his photo in my face...( this was to apply to work with me, mind you )...this creative force, known as "little marvin" has inspired me and brought immense joy to my life.

Flash forward to today, "LM" is a VP at HSN, Home Shopping Network, creating imagery seen by millions while hob-nobbing with celebrities and entrepreneurs.  Dude's Instagram postings have 500+ people enthralled with original wow's like this:

The best thing about LM's "positiveness" and "YES TO EVERYTHING" is that he clearly knows when to say "no."

When I saw this image of him on his Instagram feed, holding a tiny Buddha, I also saw that the gesture could be like "giving the finger" to haters...so apt for leaders.  The ability to ward off negatively while standing strong in one's golden aura!

His trademark mala beads, tight T-shirts, fedora, and Sanskrit tattoo are all here.

Note:  With artistic license I have changed his tattoo to "Hi, my name is..." a reference to both the calling card he gave me that fateful day we met...

...and also as a fill-in the blank mantra for this man's positive spirit.  It only takes a moment to say hello to thinking in GOLD (see his glam aura) and filling in your name.
